Kurt Fuller: The Only Character in the Movie

The plot is he just become, he begins to act more and more like a pedophile. He sets up these increasingly elaborate stings on pedophiles as he seeks to track down this brother and sister that we see taken in the first part of the movie. This leads him to quit his job in Homeland Security and go to Columbia where he's just freelancing with Bill Camp.
