She's been given some very difficult jobs to do, but arguably she hasn't been doing them terribly well. One issue she has cut through on a bit is abortion rights. She made a couple of really notable speeches saying how dare they tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her own body. But other than that, no, she's often a figure of fun. There's a Saturday Night Live sketch where they compare her to a Veep from the Armando Iainucci comedy show rather unfairly. The president says he needs the effect of I'm the Iain president taking up to the Capitol now.
