Is the Internet Making Chess More Popular?

Chess was once considered to be a dying game, but now it's the rage. Chess over the innernet is really fun because you can compare what the humans do to the computer commentary. The different programmes are any better and have learned so much from each other that they tend to agree more. When a programme plays a programme so so so often the result is a draw, which means they're actually not that far from perfection. So i don't right now the human can add value, not plausibly, so you're more likely to screw it up anless just leave the computers to choosing the chess moves at the moment.
