In your book, titled the principles of resilient nutrition, you make the point that if we re engineer our life styles to better mimic certain aspects of our distant ancestors, we might also revive some of the energy we had as kids. Can you talk about the aspects of the life style of our ancient ancestors that we ought to consider emulating, at least partially? And i think it's possible to do better than huntegatherers. Of course, i think we can learn a huge amount from them. But i don't want be prone to the naturalistic fallacy, assuming that just because something is natural, it's better, absolutely.
