Microsoft's $500 Billion to Address Public Housing Crisis
Microsoft has dedicated a large chunk of money, about $500 billion to help address public housing. Is this a sign of things to come where we see CSR and we feel great about it? Or is it in some sense kind of disappointing to see companies try to take the role of the state? So which way do you come down on that? Yummy. I loved it. It's interesting to think about this is an industry where the flexibility of shell space obviously matters so much.
