Is There a Pretest Probability of Malignancy on the Mri?

Patients that just have the classic migrane or tension type headache, m that's been chronic, is you're unlikely to find something. So for someone like ada, orcaseer, we're seeing her in primary care, and she's had this headache for two weeks. Typically it takes a little while to get the mri as an out patient. But there are instances where you would benefit from having contrasts,. such as a positional headache, which, as you're looking for am like esin, it gets worse with standing up. If they have a cancer history, it would be good to include contrast.
