The Trial of Cordelia Dunne
Cordelia Bockin was found guilty of murdering John Dunne and his wife in 1898. The prosecution put a handwriting expert on the stand who ties anonymous letters to her. A drug store cashier testifies he sold Cordelia arsenic back in June. There's no smoking gun linking her to the murders, but she and her lawyers struggle to put forward a compelling defense.
