How to Decipher Spirit

When you're working with spirit, it's best to let yourself go through the experience first, just go through it. Then try to debunk it. Don't do it in the middle. There's so much complexity to it and it's going to be an individual experience. So don't think that, oh, hey, Johnny over there had this experience. It's not going to be that way. I've been in shamanic journeys where, you know, there's seven or eight of us in a room and we come out of it two hours later and every single person has this crazy story that's so different from each other's. That's the way to show how different these experiences
