A lot of younger people, mostly in finance, but not exclusively, some ata, some other professions. What i hear constantly, especially my youngest people that i'm working with, is, i got to develop my brand. And i'm like, no, fuck your brand. To develop you and be distinctive, be authentic, that's your brand. You don't even think about it as a brand. Think about it t as you you are going to be this.
