The state fear that is effectively afraid every time that possibility and capacity re-emergent or visible in Europe. We saw it especially towards refugee where the French state started to criminalize self-organizing. That starting for what people need is extremely important. And how then we have also to, within that question of protection and the example that we are given, we are bringing a form of revolutionary peace.
