Is There a Negative Impact of Brexit on the UK Economy?
The treasury's first paper about Brexit is one that actually most of the economics profession would support. And there's some interesting doppelganger analysis by the IFS and others, you know, looking at the performance of countries with similar trading patterns in the UK. So it seems to be to be pretty clear that there has been an economic cost ofBrexit. People can argue that there have been corresponding public policy benefits but from an economic point of view, I think it's fairly clear.
