I've personally adopted that in my own life since i've heard you speak about and there's one very marked circumstance where it made absolutely no sense for me to bring coffee cakes to a co working space. But i just, i literally left my place thinking, i had this thought nd i'd forgotten it. Id literally walked a block and a half back to my three story walk to get these coffee cakes, because the urge was so strong. And i remembered your words about following charm.
