Engaging the Heart of Buyers
We need to enable every one of those buyers, not just the one that we got lucky and contacted. We can't do that if we're trying to do it outside of them. Encourage means to pour courage into they need encouragement along the way. They need to know that we have confidence in their abilities and decisions. It's important to thank a buyer for their time and to thank them after they've signed the contract.
