Stephen Miller: I worry about that precedent being set. Is there a challenge in the courts to this that can maybe make a difference? Yeah. This bump stock ban that Trump did really laid the groundwork for what Biden has been doing with his ghost gun ban and his pistol brace ban. They're basically the same logic. But additionally, they're open to the same lines of attack too, for that same reason.
