Utilitarianism

Bentham: All principles that rules considered to be necessary to adjust society are compatible with and can be justified by utilitarianism. Food is worth more to the starving person than to the rich person who already has plenty of food, he says. Bentham: The problem isn't that you could do those things, that you could justify it. That's something which could easily be rationally justified.
