I Love Hong Kong, I Love the School I've Been In
I grew up in a family that didn't really prioritize food and when I started the job that I have now I felt like I was ten steps behind people. When we came back from Hong Kong my dad was the big chef of the family but he was always working so he never did it often. But every three months he'd have this like raucous parties where one would be flowing and he'd be making appetizers at our little like open floor kitchen plan. That's where I realized there's something there for me. It wasn't all the time but when it did happen I knew that I wanted to be a part of it.
