The Human Stress Response and Appetite

When we are stressed, especially wheen experiencing a more acute stresser, we tend to lose our appetite. But afterwards, about two thirds of people will become what's called hyperphasic. And when c r f is cleared and goes down, and gluco cordicoids are still up, it significantly increases appetite. So i think that those are the really what we se in the literature as the primary mechanisms for stress effects on body composition.
