Sophia Vigara's Response to Nick Lobe's New York Times Piece
At the age of 37 she landed the role of Gloria in Modern Family, which was and is the biggest gig of her life. Now around this time in her life, she met a guy named Nick Lobe. He would go on to become her fiance and then wind up in tabloid headlines about potential cheating rumours that were never confirmed. By May 2014 they had announced their split and she had met somebody else, Mish. That same month she actually met her now husband, Joe Manjianello. Despite the fact that they had split, he had an axe to grind over embryos they created together while engaged. And his pursuit over those embryos was about to make her life hell.
