The Liberal Argument for Human Intelligence in a Capitalistic System

When there's all of this pressure to select for children who have certain, assuming that there is some kind of genetic basis for intelligence that is discernible, it's really, really complicated. And so his argument ultimately is that you would get sort of naturally this kind of homogenization. On top of that, how liberal is really the situation? I mean, there's a kind of appearance of free choice.
