The Heritage Foundation is trying to take over the executive branch, and then they would own two branches. So that means there's now corporate interests going maybe fascism not so bad. There are still some safeguards in place to ensure that we're not completely taken over by corporate rule. But if corporations have complete control of one level of power, you don't need checks and balances.
