Leadership Development

A woman i've been coaching for a year started to realize her supor power was around emphithy. She spent more time getting to know the people around her and what would light them up. A lot of times, a phrase that gets bandied about ideo in terms of leadership development is to be a little more selfish. And i love that notion of being selfish. When i show up at my best, i am going to make my biggest contribution.
