I'm curious to hear about whether you feel like an imposter as the first woman Prime Minister ever. I know that imposter thoughts are more common in settings where you're underrepresented or where nobody else looks like you. It was somehow liberating to read this that so many women feel like this. So I haven't been cured from this still totally. And they take more time to help other people and learn from other people because they know they don't know everything.
Kaja Kallas is the current Prime Minister of Estonia – and the first woman to hold the position.
