Cognitive behavior therapy can sound quite unappealing to a lot of us, you know, like, what rational thing in getting into our thoughts, challenging our thoughts? This is why i feel pretty strongly about this course. The modalities that it is ar introducing to people are the modalities that i have found to be the most effective for my own anxiety. I've just been hammering awayaat different times types of techniques, and haven't really gotten anywhere. Maybe slight alleviation symptoms, mildly. So having someone who's tried a lot of different things speak to you and point t you in diferent directions can be useful.
