Do You Think That the Value Free Ideal Is a Partisan Axe Grinder?
Psychology is not just undiverse in that it has few conservatives. Rihte, its undiverse in a vast number of ways. Uma: I do think that longeno's argument against the value free ideal is contingent upon having a really diverse group of people doing the research. To me, it does seem like if you're a real partisan axe grinder, it's going to interfere with your ability to do good research.
