Is It Important to Ask Weird Questions as an Interviewer?
The first takeaway was that it's important to ask weird questions as an interviewer. Who you are today is 80% based on the actions you've been taking for the past three months. The voice that I heard in my head was so rarely negative that it really stopped me because I wasn't lying to David. Meditating was the start of it for me.
