How Do You Manage Risk Communication at Base Camp?
If you don't tell people whyoe happened, they'll tell themselves why it happened. The rumor will be worse than the truth. You can only get away with sort of fudging things for so long and once people stop trusting you, then you're really screwd. How do you manage risk communication at base camp? And is there a system of escalation that supports risk resolt on some issues? I think risk may be means conflict in this case. That's what it sounds like to me.
