Do I Need to Ask Questions of Vulnerable Witnesses?
I was also wondering if there's a difference in the way that you position yourself when it comes to certain witnesses. If someone's vulnerable, you might take a softer tone. But what I've noticed and I don't like is when there's a huge difference in being really very softly, softly with a particular person and then the next witness, someone is the same advocate. It's very harsh and I don’t think that necessarily works well with Duries. And this comes back to developing your own voice and developing your own style.
