I post, I don't really watch other people's things. So I think there's two sides to it. The version of the world that you get through Instagram can be very unrealistic. And it can also manipulate your your insecurities and your desire to improve yourself - all of those things can be detrimental to your mental health. Whereas what you're doing with it is probably a lot more wholesome in the sense that you're using it as a way to help people with their English rather than present some sort of perfect ideal version of yourself for the clicks.
