How I Got a Measured Rate Phone Line
I was a co-sysop with a friend of mine in high school. He ran it at his house because he had an extra phone line. So my friend had an extra PC, and we ran a BBS on World War four. We called it the best of both worlds. There were there were wares we had software and stuff on there. I don't know how much usage it got. But I think it just helped us get software and stuff.
