i was curious if you could, am describe some ideas that you looked into and ultimately rejected. We did look into improving air quality by having satellite monitring to improve enforcement of pollution from realy large polluters. And i think the report on that should be up fairly soon, and it seems quite promising. But for now we couldn't reach a conclusive e view on whether or not the current satellites er that we could access would have good enough, er data for this to work.
