I don't think it was wise to put in political definitions. Anybody who knows Middle East and Pontics can guess what part of the thing they're referring to. The question is, are states bound when they're fighting non-state armed actors? All right, I should throw it out, go to the green ones, aside with various bodies. Seaspar's armistice agreement are often signed with, with guerrilla movements, with the national. Are they binding? Clear. Why they're binding? I'm not so sure that they're treaties. But when a state makes a unilateral undertaking, it's bound by it. And I think they should perhaps be treated as a unilateral undertaking
