How Do You Feel When You Work Out?
I think everyone has like a different thing that pulls them to the gym. In terms of external motivators, I personally just like feel good when I look good. Also, there's like the strength benefits, right? So in theory, you should like not get injured as much when you do day to day things. But this doesn't always happen. It's kind of like therapeutic just to go to the gym and just have like these endorphins. And you just like feelgood when you work out.
