Melatonin - The King of Antioxidants

Melatonin is one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man. The pineal gland at night secretes melatonin and it does so only if there is no light exposure to the retina, to the eyes. If you're taking more than five milligrams of melatonin at night, that's probably too much. A better dose is between one and three milligrams a night.
