Kwame: I think that for me personally, some of that desire just came from being the youngest and almost like wanting to be accepted into the group. That's probably where my personal drive comes from to have that desire. For others, if that's not their particular instance, what I tend to find is the valley is deeper than it is wide from people who don't see eye to eye.
