Is Therapy a Good Therapy?
Carriy: What are the metrics by which we are determining quo ote good? And does any metric matter other than client report? Ra, like therapy is heart surgery. It is not. But i do think it's about something that that client leaves the session and thinks that was really helpful. Good therapy has to go somewhere. We can't be in relationship with people over and over and, in some cases, take their money if we're not knowing that they're headed towards an outcome that they see as important.
