The key to properly formulated ketogenic diet is remarkably similar. A beginning place is five grams per day of sodium specifically. And then our magnesium, potassium, calcium, et cetera. We definitely need those other electrolytes, but without adequate sodium, it's hard in a way for the kidneys to get the sodium-potassium levels correct.
