Jonathan: The first three ingredients that go into a successful communication recipe are clarity, rapport and the ability to transition from concept to concept. Matt: I just happened to be with my son once when we were in the airport and I went to an agent. And she ended up getting an upgrade from New York to Stanford Cisco. So so you taught a lesson, a very important lesson to your son about individuating people and respecting people.
