As vice chair of the us. Sepstans committee, your role is really a support roll. What exactly do you do in that roll? Ahthat's a really interesting question. I think if we, if we didn't do that, then nothing else would really be possible. We have an explicit set of policies around open source and around trying to encur technology transfer or so on. But but we also try and maintain this kind of culture that is attractive to people who need to come and work at the labs.
