Are You Asking for Feedback?

i've landed in a really great place now, you know, in goge research and work an stop. And i think it's great to have those conversations when you're no longer in the reporting chain. We actually do better asking for advice than we do feedback, because ive asked for feedback often. I hope others list and take that to heart, too.
