Cashing Out of Commercial Real Estate?
I was calling to give your opinion on the cashing out of commercial property. Why are you selling the property? It's over sized for the business and it's not needed, so we're scaling down. I would like to wait until i sel lect t the commercial rates in our area at near all time higt. And i'd like toWait until i feel like i could get a better deal on that multijunet property in the future. So do you want to continue to own commercial real state? Or should i sell the property, pay taxes and wait? That's your question, right?
