We Can Hold Space for Our Patients
We wouldn't be who we are without those very loyal and at times troublesome parts of ourselves. They actually can hold a lot of forgiveness, and they can hold a lots of space for our patients. The forgiveness e is all wrapped up into the ability to not be so hard on yourself. i have not met somebody that i met walking o being on planet earth that hasn't gone through all this. Is not trying to negotiate this part of themselves. We can have compassion for that? Yes.
