What Is Passibility and Foreknowledge?

Neo classical theism says that god freely creates the universe out of nothing. People who affirm passibility, they seem to be divided over the extent to which god can be ampathetic. An emotion is just a felt evaluation of a situation and will perfectly track with god's moral goodness. A perfect being must have total sympathy with all conscious states.
