The Relationship Between Sales and Customer Success

The interlock between sales and customer success is a continuous thing in every company. The organizations that do it best have really good sales methodology to start because they're consistent about how they want to sell to a customer. And ideally, it's in the form of not narrative, the narrative is important, but also some element of structured data. So if you think about for any given product, I gave you like a blank sheet of paper, could you write down the set of use cases that and problems that product solves? It's hard work to do, but important to actually do that.
