BlockFi's plan to emerge from bankruptcy has been opposed by FTX, three-year-olds capital, and the SEC. A CFTC investigation concluded that Celsius and its former CEO Alex Moshinsky broke US regulations prior to the firm's collapse. If a majority of CFTC commissioners agree with the conclusion of the investigation, a lawsuit could be filed against Moshinsky by the end of this month.
