The Power of the Holy Spirit

In the gospel reading, John's depiction of Pentecost when it says that God breathed, I can't remember the exact words, but he breathed life into the disciples. Jesus unites the disciples to himself by giving them the Holy Spirit which then empowers them to continue the mission as the Father has sent me, so I am sending you. When the Holy Spirit is grieved, I believe by the fact that we don't step into His power as well.
