Some of your cases, especially in the second book, seem very it seemed like they were quite easy to resolve compared with Ray. What's the most difficult case you've had? And have you ever encountered a soul that you weren't able to help someone who just wasn't ready to move on at the last minute? I only remember one time and it must have been 15 or 20 years ago by now, where we did what we always do and made ourselves available...and found that just nothing was just quiet, silence.
