The Challenge of Working in a Team
I've enjoyed all of it. Even years that were enduringly grim, they're still plenty to recommend them as life experiences. I'm hugely sentimental about the sport and the people I have been lucky enough to work with. The sense of camaraderie is something which has had peaks and troughs depending on how fortunate you were to be in a team that really understood it or teams that perhaps sort of said the right things but didn't live it. In that respect, I've been in some pretty good places but this place is truly remarkable in that regard. It's like you're sounding like a driver in your outlook towards it.
