Abraham and Isaac - A Trial of Faith
In some ways, this is a trial of faith and a sacrifice on par with the sacrifice of abraham and isaac. We have no idea what will come of him. Will he survive his perience on the nile? What will his future be? There's abraham trusting that somehow god will raise isaac, even from the dead,. In verse five, the daughter of pharaoh is the next on our list. She came down to wash herself at the river, and her maidens walked along by the river's side. And when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it.
