I think I was the only Republican pollster to publicly say that President Obama would be reelected. It's as if these African-American men were going to say, "Let's just go get the white guy and the belted khakis who runs the capital" So there are many misaccused, but I think mostly it was a lack of connection with the American people. And that is something that Trump tapped into in 2016.
