Is the Housing Market Doing Its Job?

Moody's has downgraded the US housing market outlook. They're expecting US home prices to fall 10% nationally. If there is a recession, they believe those numbers will get quite a bit worse. The Fed has already signaled that it's going to continue raising interest rates.
